The Belize Association of Houston serves the Belizean community in Houston and surrounding areas by providing a welcoming environment for networking and socializing among Belizeans. It acts as a resource for information on issues and activities affecting Belizeans both locally and in Belize.
The association also engages in fundraising efforts to support charitable causes in Houston and Belize, such as aiding victims of hurricanes, organizing toy drives, and assisting Belizean burn victims in Houston.
Additionally, it encourages the pursuit of higher education among young Belizeans to improve their lives and contribute to their communities.
Through events like family fun days, the association fosters community engagement and keeps members connected to Belizean culture and diaspora initiatives.
